Warmth Brings Blossoms
Warmth Brings Blossoms
By Jude Bautista
The long dark winter has
frozen my heart
The endless grey has
blinded my eyes
The ceaseless wind has
dulled my mind
Where is hope when I
need it most?
A sliver of sun breaks through
the clouds
She slowly makes herself felt
through the bleakness
When you see her there’s an
undeniable joy
Warmth brings the blossoms
early
Colors bursts forth, she is here
I am alive again
